1st quarter – April May & June to be paid from 3rd to 5th April 2018 (between 10.00am-3.00p.m.) in School Office.
2nd quarter – July, August & September to be paid from 1st -15th July 2018.
3rd quarter October, November and December to be paid from 1st-15th October 2018.
4st quarter – January, February & March to be paid from 1st-15st January, 2019.
School Fees to be paid in Quarterly basis only. Fees for the aforesaid quarter may be paid with a fine of Rs.100.00 within next 15 days after the above mentioned due dates. Non payment of fees after the aforesaid date will attract an additional fine of Rs.10.00 per day along with the Other fees.
Students will not be allowed to sit for the terminal examinations it fees due are not cleared as per Schedule.
Fees for the full year or for six months can be paid if this is more convenient.
School fee for the first quarter to be paid through Banker’s Cheque/Demand Draft only in favor of Union Chapel Educational Society and for 2nd 3rd and 4th quarter to be paid in Cash at Indian Overseas Bank, 141/1A, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013, after Countersigning the fee book from the school office.
If School fees fall into arrears for more than three months i.e. One quarter the pupil’s name will be taken of the rolls. Re-admission may be considered at the discretion of the management after clearing all dues. Re-admission fees to be also paid in case children are absent from class without intimation for more than a month (i.e. Re-admission fee of Rs. 2000.00 and all pending dues).
No deduction in the school fees will be made for vacations/holidays non-instructional days declared by the School authorities or for broken periods due to non-attendance of a student for whatsoever reason. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the School rolls.
Fees will be received by the Bank between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 10a.m. to 11a.m. Please tender exact change at the Bank.
Every effort will be made to keep the rate of fees Unchanged but the school authorities reserve the right to revise the fees whenever the need arises.
Please fill in the Fee remittance slip (all three parts) stating detailed amounts as per the fee structure printed at the back of the fees book. Parents of the children studying in class IX – XI should check the combination of Subjects taken by their children and accordingly fill the amounts in the fee remittance slip. The Bank is not responsible for the Correctness of your payment to the School and if in doubt kindly consult the School Office. Parents are requested to fill the Child’s Name, Class and Section properly before presenting it to the bank and also requested to fill up the denomination of the Currency notes at the back of the fees challan.
Fees once paid are not refundable.
The Transfer Certificate Will be issued at the end of the Academic year only (i.e. March). However, Under Special Circumstances Provisional Certificate may be issued at the discretion of the Principal. If a child is Withdrawn before the Final Term the whole term’s fee should be paid.
in Case of loss of fee booklet, School badge, Diary, I.D., Belt and tie the same may be taken from School Office @ Rs. 30.00, Rs. 30.00, RS, 60.00, Rs. 40, Rs. 70.00 and Rs. 100.00 resp.
